In keeping with its desire to cherish God’s creation, take care of the environment and serve our neighbour, the church has two community allotments. These provide a wide range of organically grown fruit and vegetables throughout the year. One plot has been cultivated for the last five years, while the second is new and needs a lot of work to make it productive.
All our produce goes either to the church kitchen, where it is use for lunches for elderly people, or to the Northampton Hope Centre which supports homeless and socially excluded people.
Offers of help on the allotment, on either a regular or one off basis, is always welcome. Please contact the church office if you would like further information.
