About us
Abington Avenue United Reformed Church (URC) is part of the 'Northamptonshire Area Church Partnership (NACP)' within the East Midlands Synod. We are a congregation of around 80 adults, young people and children, from differing backgrounds and life experiences. Drawn together by Jesus Christ to worship and serve God, and exploring what it means to be His people today.
Pastoral Care
Abington Avenue URC values each person. Pastoral care is provided by many, in different ways. It often occurs within friendships or existing small groups.
The Minister and the Elders, also aim to offer a listening ear, prayer, emotional, spiritual, and practical support were appropriate.
We have a prayer chain via email, so that church members can pray for those who need prayer for themselves/friends/family.

Prayer is available for those who ask following the morning services. Also you can write down your prayer requests on a card at the reception desk.
