A group for all those caring for pre-school children, a place where you and your children can have fun, feel safe and make new friendships. Run by Church Members and other volunteers as part of our mission:
“Our mission is to celebrate God’s love together; grow in Christ; serve our neighbour”
A typical session is based on a bible theme with a variety of crafts, songs, a bible story, snacks, and the opportunity for free play in a bright and spacious room. We have up to 35 families registered and committed to attend weekly. We can not operate a drop-in group for the comfort and safety of those attending, but places become available frequently and we offer visitor places as space permits. Cost per session is £1.50 per family.
A different kind of church; it allows families an opportunity to understand more about Christianity in a fun, creative and informal way. It happens monthly, usually the 2nd Friday in the month, after school (3.45pm until 6.00pm). We have activities, games, songs, stories, crafts and conclude with a cooked meal. Donations towards the food are gratefully received. It’s very much a family experience and we aim to provide activities for all ages.
Simulating the earthquake which released Paul, Silas and the other prisoners to be released from prison. We wobbled the jelly to see if the structure held up!
We focussed on saving God’s wonderful earth, recycling and upcycling, look at these fab outfits!
We love tie-dying!
Children find out that Easter isn’t just about chocolate!!
