Friday, Friendship and Fun (FFF)

In the last 6 months we have shared a Joyful January,  a bend & stretch with Bob (light stretching & movement), and an easy sing-a-long on the big screen with Irish Ukelele’s - April 24, and May we had a sing-a-long, enjoying music featuring names.  Always fun and sometimes funny.
